How do you submit them?
There are three ways to submit your complaint:
- Using the online service on the CM2C website, where you complete the application form, attaching any supporting documents as required
- By post to the following address: 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 PARIS
- By email to: cm2c@cm2c.net
CM2C is your consumer ombudsman
The Consumer Mediation Centre for Judicial Conciliators (CM2C) will handle the administrative processing of your case, either via the online platform or through the centre’s secretariat.
The Consumer Mediation Centre for Judicial Conciliators (CM2C) will appoint a mediator located near you. The mediator will first assess whether your case is admissible; if it is, the mediation process will begin. For further information, please refer to our charter.
The Consumer Mediation Centre for Judicial Conciliators (CM2C) will keep you informed of developments regarding your case.
